Oversees the operation, setup, and clean up of the shop, reporting to management any areas that need attention; including, but not limited to, employee problems, problems dealing with food items, etc. Provides excellent customer service and product sales information.
Work Experience in a food service facility. Some knowledge of sanitation as per food (storage, handling, temperatureshot and cold), preparation and presentation. Some knowledge and use of general and commercial kitchen equipment (stoves, grills, warmers, knives, fryers, woks, steam tables, refrigerators, etc.).
Starting wage $11.00/hour
The successful Candidate will be required to have a criminal conviction check
