Job Description

Ensures proper stocking of applicable medications/supplies in automated supply cabinets (Cubex) as well as other areas of the hospital as scheduled. Assists with dismissal medications and supplies for patients. Assists in maintaining an up-to-date inventory which includes, but is not limited to, ordering, receiving and auditing inventory. Responsible for cleaning designated areas of the hospital and following proper cleaning protocols.

Required Qualifications

Experience working in the veterinary field, medical field, or experience with medical equipment and instrumentation. Ability to work independently and as a team. Excellent organizational, communication and interpersonal skills. Must be able to safely move and handle up to 50 pounds.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with practice management software systems (ezyVet and Cubex). Experience handling horses. Licensed/Certified/Registered veterinary technician.
