Boise State University is seeking a visionary Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) to lead a dedicated human resources team. In this pivotal role, the CHRO will collaborate with executive leadership to drive innovation, foster a thriving community, and position Boise State as a premier destination for talent.

Reporting directly to the President, the CHRO plays a key role as a member of Boise State University's executive leadership team. The CHRO is responsible for shaping a dynamic, innovative and collaborative human resources department, dedicated to recruiting, compensating, retaining and developing a highly skilled and engaged workforce.

The successful candidate is a forward and strategic thinker with a history of implementing successful initiatives. The CHRO will be strongly supported and enjoy a work environment with other highly collaborative, innovative and excited leaders who love working with HR leadership as well as a motivated staff.
