The English, Academic Literacies, and Communications Support Coordinator is responsible for supporting the English, Academic Literacies, and Communications Assistant Dean with enrollment, retention, and completion and support to students in their programs of study. The position plays a critical support role in the administration of programs and student engagement and support in the English, Academic Literacies, and Communications Departments. Responsibilities include aiding in researching, developing, and maintaining strategic initiatives for student success; tracking and reporting student, course, and school data to the assistant dean and academic chairs; communicating with students; maintaining marketing materials; and operating the Humanities Building Liberal Arts administrative office.

Instructional Specialist- Contract with Benefits in Arnold/Main Campus
The Instructional Specialist will provide expertise and knowledge on various pedagogical approaches and best practices to support the online and hybrid course delivery in the Nursing program. The Instructional Specialist will collaborate with the Assistant Dean Nursing (ADNur) and department faculty to design innovative efforts in the development and delivery of high-quality online virtual experiences, and ensure that appropriate and equity-based curriculum content and clinical teaching, retention, and completion benchmarks are met in accordance with program learning outcomes and accreditation standards The Instructional Specialist may also be asked to collaborate with nursing faculty on ideas and content to drive the development of interactive activities/games, simulations, and self-assessments that support the learning objectives. The Instructional Specialist will collaborate with the Instructional Design, Engagement and Accessibility Lab (IDEA Lab) to ensure that course designs and online activities are delivered according to the Division of Learning standards.

The Budget Analyst is responsible for general ledger access maintenance, financial reporting and analysis, and providing assistance to the Budget and Resource Planning Director on institutional budget management, ad hoc projects and other special analysis. This position supports the college mission by maintaining the general ledger accounts, creating and providing reports to the college community, recommending improved practices and procedures for efficient and effective allocation of resources to achieve initiative outcomes and providing financial analyses to support decision making. This position requires in-person presence on campus Mon-Thurs, however there is an option to work remote but in person required at times.
