Graphic Designer in Calabasas Campus
The Graphic Designer plays a vital role in leading the creative communications process for Pepperdine University and its five schools. As part of University Marketing and Communications at Pepperdine, this position is responsible for many of the University's high profile communications pieces and serves a key communication liaison for the team. Under the supervision of the Assistant Director of Creative, the Graphic Designer will assist the assistant director and other IMC staff in designing major communications pieces that reach Pepperdine’s largest, external audiences. The Graphic Designer has the tools to create, integrate, analyze, synthesize and visualize vast amounts of information. Collaborates with production artists, photographers, illustrators, prepress technicians, printers, developers, and anyone else who is involved in the development of a project.

Librarian for Electronic Resources in Malibu Campus
The Librarian for Electronic Resources manages the acquisition, access, and renewal of electronic resources, ensuring seamless and reliable access for all users. This role involves analyzing usage data to inform collection development, negotiating license agreements, and maintaining accurate metadata to ensure that Pepperdine Libraries’ resources meet the ever-changing needs of the university’s academic community. Pepperdine Libraries’ collections currently include more than 370,000 print volumes, 500,000 ebooks, 65,000 electronic serials, and 130 databases. This position, which enjoys faculty status, supports the University's mission of promoting academic excellence and Christian values.

Pool Manager in Malibu Campus
The University Pool Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations and management of the university’s swimming pool and related aquatic facilities. This role involves ensuring a safe, clean, and enjoyable environment for all users, including student athletes, students, staff, and community members. The Pool Manager will supervise pool staff, coordinate maintenance schedules, manage pool safety protocols, and ensure compliance with university policies and local regulations. The Pool Manager will be responsible for athletics event coordination and management. The role will collaborate with Campus Special Programs and outside requests for pool use. The position will act independently and make critical judgments in an emergency condition at the pool facility. The role demands quick thinking, the ability to prioritize, the capacity to make critical decisions under pressure, and an awareness of the risks involved. The pool manager must be prepared to act decisively, often without the luxury of second-guessing, while balancing the needs of the victims, their safety, and the larger emergency response goals.

Student Accounts Coordinator in West LA Campus
The Student Accounts Coordinator’s primary responsibility is to deliver professional customer service to students regarding student accounts and related student issues and to maintain GSEP students’ accounts in accordance with the University established policies & federal regulations. In addition, the Student Accounts Coordinator serves as a member of GSEP’s Student Financials team and provides support to the Financial Aid and Student Services departments.
