The Administrative Coordinator provides support on a broad range of tasks to the Payroll and Cashiers Departments. The Administrative Coordinator maintains general office management functions including greeting, directing and assisting customers, maintaining files, scanning all payroll documents, sorting mail, assisting with auditing and entry of payroll data. Maintains employee confidence and protects operations by keeping information confidential. Acts as the primary backup cashier. This position provides excellent customer service and communicates professionally on behalf of all departments supervised by the Associate Director of Malibu Operations, and interacts with staff, faculty, students and external constituents.

Co-Curricular Faculty Support Coordinator in Malibu Campus
The Co-Curricular Faculty Support Coordinator provides support to co-curricular activities and faculty-driven events at Pepperdine Caruso Law to ensure that students have an exceptional educational experience in their activities outside of the classroom. Contribution to the University's mission and strategic plan is made by coordinating a diverse array of high-quality events by helping students explore and identify their purpose in the legal profession, enhancing the law school’s reputation, and introducing new speakers to the Caruso Law community. Executive Director, Enrollment Management in West LA Campus
Reporting to the Dean, the Executive Director, Enrollment Management, will serve in a key leadership capacity to engage enrollment partners and harness organizational capabilities to meet and exceed student enrollment goals for the Pepperdine Graziadio Business School (PGBS). In partnership with the dean, the incumbent will work in concert with key stakeholders to develop and deploy high-impact strategies for demand generation, strengthening down-funnel conversion, and producing successful enrollment outcomes for the varied and robust portfolio of degree programs offered by PGBS. The position will also play a critical role in ensuring that all enrollment initiatives are closely aligned with the core commitments of academic excellence, transformational learning, and ethical leadership articulated in the Pepperdine Graziadio mission.

The Guest Services Manager of the Villa Graziadio Executive Center supports the General Manager and serves as a leader in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the University’s full-service guestroom and conference facility. This role focuses on delivering a seamless guest experience, managing staff, supporting sales and client engagement, coordinating events, and ensuring operational excellence, reflective of Pepperdine University’s mission. Bringing excellence to all aspects of work, and serving as a key representative of the Villa Graziadio Executive Center, the Guest Services Manager ensures the Villa delivers a seamless, high-quality experience for all clients and guests, while assisting in building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Manager, Data Systems in Malibu Campus
Under the supervision of the Associate Director, Facilities Logistics, the Data Systems Manager is responsible for the administration, development, maintenance, and continuous improvement of all Facilities Services and Project data systems. These include the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS), Project Management Information Systems (PMIS), and other technologies supporting facilities operations. This role provides leadership in database administration, data integration, reporting, training, and technology coordination to ensure effective, secure, and accurate management of facilities information.
