Our hours of operation are Mon-Thu from 6am-4:30pm and on Friday’s from 6am-2:30pm.

You will be trusted to:

- Work with internal and external customers to accurately identify and procure required parts for repairs and services related to fleet assets and/or other non-fleet services provided by Fleet Operations in accordance with Supply Management processes and procedures.

- Ensure that requested maintenance and repair parts such as brakes, tires, hydraulic non-conductive, and other critical components meet or exceed manufacturer safety and performance requirements and are in line with standardization strategies.

- Collaborate with schedulers and vendors to optimize work plans and coordinate materials needed for onsite and offsite scheduled maintenance and repairs.

- Provide status updates for requested parts using Fleet Operations work management system to assist Schedulers in projecting of asset availability and shop workload balance.

- Analyze inventory related statistics to identify problems and correct inventory variances. Performs root cause analysis on inventory issues.

- Analyze levels of materials and supplies to determine shortages, to include critical spares, physical counts, and obsolete materials.

You qualify with:

- Four or more years of experience with mechanical, hydraulic, vehicle, off-road heavy equipment maintenance repairs, welding fabrication procedures, and/or materials research or relevant experience.

- Driver's license required for incumbents with corresponding driving responsibilities

You are a great fit with:

- Manufacturer specific certifications (Ford, Freightliner, Altec, Terex, Manitex, etc.) and/or ASE certifications relevant to the job duties.

- Experience reading and interpreting diagrams, prints, parts lists, invoices, packing lists and manufacturer’s manuals to ensure accurate parts' replacement.
