Join the Enrollment Services team at North Idaho College as the Assistant to the Dean! In this key role, you'll provide high-level administrative support, ensuring seamless coordination between departments, external partners, and students.

Responsibilities include managing schedules, organizing meetings and events, preparing reports and correspondence, monitoring budgets, and assisting with compliance and accreditation efforts. You'll also support key projects, maintain records, and serve as a liaison on a variety of enrollment-related initiatives.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and skilled in communication, problem-solving, and data management. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment are essential.

Minimum Qualifications
Associate's degree or Applied Associate's degree or certification from a two-year college or career and technical school or program and a minimum of four years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Employment is contingent upon successful completion of background check and proof of degree if required for this position.
