Are you passionate about the intersection of technology and learning? North Idaho College is seeking a forward-thinking Instructional Designer to join our collaborative, student-focused team. In this dynamic role, you'll work closely with faculty and staff to design, support, and enhance engaging, accessible curriculum—especially for online and hybrid environments.
You'll put your creativity and expertise to work by developing instructional resources, evaluating courses using quality assurance tools like Quality Matters, and guiding faculty through best practices in course design. From consulting one-on-one to delivering hands-on training, your impact will reach every corner of our learning community.

Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree is required and one-year full-time experience designing and developing courses for post-secondary education or in a corporate setting is required, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Starting pay range: $52,333 - $62,799

Work Site Location: Coeur d' Alene Campus
Work Schedule: typical college hours Mon-Thurs 7:30-5:00, Fri 7:30-2:30
