We’re seeking a Director of the Adult Education Center to lead high-quality programs that help students achieve their GED, build essential skills, and prepare for college and career success. This role provides strategic leadership, ensures instructional excellence, oversees curriculum development, and fosters partnerships that enhance learning opportunities across our region.
In this role, you’ll supervise and support instructors, develop curriculum aligned with state and federal standards, manage program budgets, and ensure compliance with grant and reporting requirements. You’ll also have a direct impact in the classroom, teaching and mentoring students to support their educational journey. Collaboration with industry partners, workforce agencies, and community organizations is key to expanding opportunities for adult learners.
The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree in education or a related field (master’s preferred) and at least five years of experience including educational administration, curriculum development, teacher training, and grant management. A passion for student success, strong leadership and communication skills, and the ability to drive program excellence are essential.

Work Schedule: typical college hours Mon-Thurs 7:30-5:00, Fri 7:30-2:30
