Our Area Agency on Aging is seeking a Contracts Specialist to support programs that serve older adults in our community. This role is responsible for the procurement and oversight of contracted services, ensuring compliance with North Idaho College, the Idaho Commission on Aging, and the Older Americans Act regulations.

As a Contracts Specialist, you will track contract performance, manage data collection, and ensure service providers meet established guidelines. Your attention to detail and organizational skills will be essential in maintaining accurate records and ensuring all processes run smoothly.

Successful candidates will have excellent customer service and communication skills, along with the ability to apply critical thinking and problem-solving strategies. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, is essential, as well as general math skills and the ability to manage data effectively.

Minimum Qualifications
High school diploma or general education degree (GED) and a minimum one-year full-time related experience and/or training. Database experience required. Must possess a valid driver's license and proof of liability insurance.

*Agency car is available to use for travel.

Employment is contingent upon successful completion of background check and proof of degree if required for this position.
