In this front-line role, you’ll greet curious learners, answer questions about our wide range of classes, and help students register with confidence and ease. Whether it’s in person, by phone, or over email, you’ll be the go-to guide for course information and enrollment. You'll use your strong communication and organizational skills to process registrations, manage payments, and maintain accurate records. You’ll also flex your Microsoft Office savvy, juggle multiple tasks with ease, and bring a team-oriented mindset to everything you do.

Minimum Qualifications
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); and a minimum of one year full-time related experience and/or training is required.

Starting pay range: $16.63 - $19.12
Work Site Location: Workforce Training Center, Post Falls
Work Schedule: up to 19.5 hours per week, M/W/F

Employment is contingent upon successful completion of background check and proof of degree if required for this position.
