Are you someone who thrives on details, values confidentiality, and delivers outstanding service with a smile? North Idaho College’s Human Resources team is looking for a part-time Administrative Assistant to be a core support aiding our day-to-day operations.
In this people-centered administrative role, you'll be a key player in supporting the HR team. From launching onboarding forms and maintaining employee records to preparing orientation packets and guiding others through hiring steps, your attention to detail and helpful nature will shine. You’ll handle shifting priorities and frequent interruptions with calm confidence, all while keeping information organized, secure, and accurate. Whether you’re updating files, answering questions, or assisting with campus events, your work will help keep things running smoothly for employees at every stage.
The ideal candidate brings a strong service mindset, excellent communication skills, a love for organization, and the ability to quickly learn and navigate complex computer systems. You should be technologically confident, team-focused, and comfortable adapting to a variety of tasks in a confidential environment.

Starting pay range: $19.24 - $22.13
Work Schedule: Up to 19.5 hours/week, over 3–5 days. Must include Fridays 8:00am–2:30pm and midday availability on other days.

Minimum Qualifications
Associate’s degree or Applied Associate’s degree or certification from a two-year college or professional/technical school or program and a minimum of three years full-time equivalent related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Employment is contingent upon successful completion of background check.
