Join a mission-driven team that supports children, families, and educators every day! The NIC Children’s Center is seeking a Senior Administrative Assistant to keep our busy, caring environment running smoothly. In this vital role, you’ll be the go-to resource for both internal operations and public-facing communications. You’ll serve as the first point of contact for prospective families, provide information about enrollment, and coordinate center tours. You'll assist the Director in daily operations, maintain organized and accurate records, and support budget tracking. You'll compile enrollment packets, manage multi-age waitlists, schedule meetings and trainings, and ensure communication flows effectively across staff, families, and community partners.
Beyond the desk, you may help in classrooms or the kitchen as needed, offering hands-on support in a dynamic early learning setting.
The ideal candidate brings exceptional customer service skills, clear written and verbal communication, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. They will be organized, adaptable, and able to manage multiple priorities with care and discretion.

Minimum Qualifications
Associate’s degree or Applied Associate’s degree or certification from a two-year college or professional/technical school or program and a minimum of three years full-time equivalent related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Required License and/or Certifications:
• Register with IdahoSTARS and participate in the professional development system
• Maintain current infant/child and adult CPR and First Aid
Starting pay range: $19.80 - $22.77

Work Site Location: Coeur d' Alene Campus
Work Schedule: 85% full time, Mid July - Mid June
