About the Role
This is not your average call centre job. As a Claims Consultant, you'll be at the frontline of customer care - supporting our valued partners and customers during moments that matter most. You’ll help people navigate the claims process with empathy, professionalism, and a solutions-focused mindset.
While previous insurance experience is an advantage, it's not essential - we’ll provide all the training you need to succeed.
What you’ll do:
- Be the first point of contact for customers with motor claims
- Deliver exceptional customer service and support
- Manage a portfolio of claims through to resolution
- Guide customers through their entitlements, claims, and repair processes
- Set clear expectations and offer tailored solutions
What you’ll bring:
- Proven success in a fast-paced customer service environment
- A passion for helping people - especially over the phone
- A resilient, solutions-driven attitude
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- A keen eye for detail and the ability to multitask
- Tech-savvy and confident navigating multiple systems
- A drive to exceed performance goals and KPIs
