About the Role:
Are you passionate about delivering exceptional service and driving results? We’re looking for proactive, detail-oriented individuals to join our Recovery and Settlements team for a 12-month contract. This role is open to internal candidates based in Melbourne & Brisbane
As a Recovery & Settlements Consultant, you’ll manage a portfolio of claims across our trusted consumer brands. You’ll play a key role in ensuring accurate estimating, negotiating liability, and maximising recovery and settlement outcomes - all while supporting our customers through moments that matter.

What you’ll do:
- Manage recovery and settlement workflows in a timely and efficient manner
- Identify and pursue recovery opportunities
- Negotiate win/win outcomes on settlement claims
- Provide an exceptional customer experience in every interaction
- Respond to enquiries and resolve complaints with professionalism
- Contribute to team performance and continuous improvement
