Senior Consultant, Media Personalisation – Personal Unsecured Lending

An exciting opportunity to join NAB’s Personal Banking Marketing function on a 12-month fixed term contract, to play a key role in driving the media strategy for Credit Cards and Personal Lending.

  • Manage the planning and implementation of the Credit Cards and Personal Lending media programs
  • Drive sales revenue through the optimisation of above-the-line and digital performance media
  • Analyse key performance data, deriving insights to inform key planning and optimisation activity

In the role of Senior Consultant, Media Personalisation, you will join the Personal Banking Marketing team that’s doubling down on moving with speed and keeping it simple.

Each day, you’ll go above and beyond to:

  • Ensure the successful purchase of media within assigned marketing squad
  • Manage the media outputs of all 3rd party media agencies
  • Enhance media personalisation program utilising key mar-tech/ad-tech capability
  • Maintain one-way, same-way approach to purchasing media across Marketing

We’re looking for the best and brightest to deliver the best for our customers. You’ll need:

  • Experienced Marketing professional (at least 7-years).
  • Previous experience in a media role and previous experience in financial services
  • Able to derive insights from data to make evidence-based decisions on media strategy including targeting, channel mix and tactics
  • Extensive media purchasing and personalisation experience
  • Understanding of key mar-tech/ad-tech tools
  • Knowledge of financial products and services
