In the role of Agribusiness Banking Manager –you will join the Regional & Agri Business team that’s doubling down on customer obsession/moving with speed/keeping it simple/owning it/winning together
Each day, you’ll go above and beyond to:
- Ensure success through understanding our client's unique businesses
- Directly manage a complex portfolio of key clients and influencers
- Implement and monitor strategic business plans
- Utilise your networks within pre-farmgate and post-farmgate local markets
- Maintain and enhance the credit risk profile and profitability of the portfolio
- Coach and support the team to ensure efficient high quality customer service
We’re looking for the best and brightest to deliver the best for our customers. You’ll need:
- Tertiary Qualifications
- Experience and enjoyment of all aspects for financial analysis
- Passion for relationship management
- Passionate about helping customers understand the risk and profitability of their business to achieve their desired outcomes safely and effectively, whilst balancing the right outcomes and risk.
- Using your business development and relationship management skills, you will provide financial advisory services, fully integrated financial solutions, and risk management for customers.
