As the Head of Product, CIB Deposits & Liquidity Management, you will be joining Shannon Peachey and the Trade and Transaction Banking team, that’s doubling down on customer obsession.
This is an 8 month secondment role.
Each day, you’ll go above and beyond to:
- Leading the strategy, management, performance and enhancement of Deposits and Liquidity Management products.
- Perform a key leadership role on the Trade & Transaction Banking LT, contributing to the overall strategy, customer outcomes and culture across the Business Unit and CIB Division.
- Accountable for tracking and management of Deposits growth and performance across C&IB. Ensure appropriate actions are taken to deliver on key targets and metrics (e.g., volume, margin, quality).
- Lead a sub-domain to define the vision and execute on business outcomes that deliver on T&TB, C&IB and NAB outcomes. Ensure alignment with customer outcomes and experience.
- Lead a product manager cohort to run business process improvement, product management and priority commercial activities.
- Deliver business outcomes safely through application of effective risk management practices, and efficiently through application of agile practices.
- Set and lead the culture and direction of the Deposits and Liquidity Management team. Create clarity, deliver for customers, build team capability and motivate colleagues.
- Prioritise delivery, maximise customer outcomes, return on investment and strategic alignment
- Make trade-off decisions and resolve tensions where decisions can’t be made
- Be a key interface to the wider enterprise to unblock issues and enable faster delivery
- Lead, coach and develop team to become strong commercial decision makers and lead for high performance

- Advanced collaboration and influencing ability with stakeholders to drive business outcomes.
- Proven problem solving, operational excellence and decision-making ability in a fast-paced environment.
