Each day, you’ll go above and beyond to:  

• Be responsible for accurately completing loan documents,
• Perform settlements including the creation and execution of payment notices
• Support our front-line team to meet customer needs
• Enable business performance and growth by creating a customer focused service as an integral part of the Medfin lending process
• Proactively manage Finesse workflow
• Discharge of mortgage and production of Title request

• Previous experience within a banking contact centre or business banking environment (preferred)
• Preferably, experience with Mortgage lending, loan document preparation or securities in order
