Head of Finance, Enterprise & Financial Crime Operations

In the role of Head of Finance, Enterprise & Financial Crime Operations role you will reporting to the Chief Financial Officer – Technology & Enterprise Operations. that’s doubling down on customer obsession and winning together.
 
Each day you will go above and beyond to:
• Ensuring drivers of financial performance vs budget and prior periods are clear.
• Add value to the divisions through balancing a strategic long-term approach to cost management and performance management of in-year targets.
• Ensure financial results on a monthly basis are correct in accordance with NAB’s Accounting policies, and proactively provide appropriate analytics to drive the right actions in the business.
• Communicate result narratives effectively for internal and external audiences.
• Effectively manage the internal and external reporting requirements for Expenses and Investments.
• Leading and motivating a team to ensure they are reaching their potential.
 
We’re looking for the best and brightest to deliver the best for our customers. You’ll need:
• Proven experience in commercial business partnering, budgeting and reporting, and financial control roles in an operations environment.
• Proven ability to challenge at all levels, supported by data and analytics.
• Strategic outlook on performance improvement to support T&EO and broader NAB.
• Build and maintain strong working relationships with senior level stakeholders.
• Capability to manage and test strategies/initiatives through influencing senior stakeholders.
• To be a long term thinker/planner whilst flexible and comfortable working in an agile, fast, and constantly changing environment. 
• Knowledge of project financial disciplines including capitalisation practices.
• Proven experience in people management and leadership.
