The Role:
Reporting to the Banking Executive Professional Services, the role is part of the specialised team providing financial advisory services, fully integrated financial solutions, and risk management for customers with Business Lending and Business Deposits.
The Professional Services team specialise in a variety of customer segments which include Accounting, Real Estate, Financial Planning and Legal Industries.
As a Business Banking Manager Professional Services, you will:
- Develop and manage a portfolio of key business banking customers and broker referral partners
- Assess economic value and risk potential of new business
- Educate customers about their business options and providing sound advice about risk and opportunities for growth
- Key link between brokers and NAB, to help identify new business and referral opportunities
- Implement initiatives to support customer acquisition in local market
- Keep up with market trends, competitive offering and regulatory changes to offer strategic insights that can enhance client acquisition and retention efforts
What you’ll bring:
- A strong passion and proactivity towards spending time with our customers and understanding their individual financial needs
- Experience within a busy portfolio of business banking clients
- Passionate about sales and customer relationship management
- Willingness to network and identify new business
- Strong communication skills
