CPB Contractors in Queensland is now looking for a Commercial Graduate to join our team.

You will be responsible for but not limited to:

  • Support the commercial team with the procurement, award and administration of contracts and commercial agreements
  • Provide commercial support to field-based project teams
  • Ensure that the obligations of every individual to have a duty of care for people, community, Safety, Quality, Environment etc. are supported.

About you:

  • Degree relating to Law (interest in commercial contracts), Business (commercial), Quantity Surveying, Construction Estimating or similar.
  • Ability to commence the graduate program full time in 2026
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, coupled with strong interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Construction industry experience (desirable but not required)
  • Influence outcomes through excellent stakeholder engagement 
  • Relocate to various sites and projects, as required by program rotations
  • Initiative
  • Strong analytical skills & attention to detail
  • Ability to think strategically with sophisticated problem-solving skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work as part of a team
  • Intermediate to Advanced Excel skills
