Your Opportunity

Reporting to the Electrical Supervisor, you will be working on the following:

• Wellsite Electrical construction, HV and LV
• Hazardous area equipment
• HV underground infrastructure

• RAYCHEM, NEXANS, SICAME buried Joints up to 33kV
• RAYCHEM, NEXANS, SICAME Terminations up to 33kV
• Assisting with VLF testing

Our minimum requirements for this role:

• Minimum 5 years' HV Jointing experience
• 2 years’ experience on a large-scale Oil & Gas or civil construction environment 
• QLD Electrical Licence – Certificate III in Electrotechnology
• QLD Electrical Licence HV Jointer or Certificate III in ESI - Cable Jointing
• EEHA Qualified
• Current LV rescue and CPR training
• Current QLD Driver Licence
• Experience and qualifications in HV Switching (HVSO)
• Experience in HV testing
• An understanding and demonstrated commitment to OH&S, risk management and hazard identification
