The Opportunity

Join our dynamic Cancer Research Program (CRP) as an Administrative Officer, where your expertise in administration and project coordination will play a crucial role in the success of key cancer registries. In this role, you will support all the cancer registries within the CRP which includes the Prostate Cancer Outcomes Registry (PCOR), the National Gynae-Oncology Registry (NGOR) and others, facilitating seamless project delivery and fostering strong partnerships. Your responsibilities will include managing resources, coordinating finances, and preparing essential project documentation and updates, all with the goal of advancing program objectives and driving impactful outcomes.

The Administrative Officer will also assist with organising and supporting events, whether virtual or face-to-face, including managing complex bookings to agendas and action items. Your proactive approach to communication and follow-up will ensure meetings and conferences run efficiently and your capacity to balance a range of tasks, from managing finances to delivering timely advice and reports, will ensure the operational efficiency of the program.

We are seeking candidates with strong administrative expertise and relevant qualifications or experience. The ideal candidate will have demonstrated success in coordinating projects, meeting deadlines and handling complex tasks in a fast-paced environment. Experience with clinical registries and operational processes is highly regarded, and the ability to foster effective working relationships across diverse teams will be critical to achieving success in this role.
