Remuneration: Pro-rata of $93,496 - $100,918 pa HEW Level 06 (plus 17% employer superannuation)

The Opportunity

Are you passionate about event management and looking to make a meaningful impact? Water Sensitive Cities Australia (WSCA) is seeking a dynamic and organised Events and Logistics Coordinator to join our team!

About the Role: As our Events and Logistics Coordinator, you will be at the heart of planning, coordinating, and delivering a variety of events for WSCA. You will work closely with both internal and external stakeholders, including national and international partners, to ensure our events are professionally delivered, high quality, engaging and successful. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Event Management: Plan, coordinate, and deliver events, ensuring they meet high standards of project management and are executed within timelines and budgets
  • Communications: Develop and manage targeted communications for events, utilising both traditional and social media platforms
  • Administrative Support: Provide high-level administrative services to support the smooth operation of the WSCA team, especially during international missions and events
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Liaise with stakeholders, prepare itineraries, organise meetings, and manage presentations and external communications
  • Project Focus: Support a major regional conference in 2025, including preparatory meetings and workshops
  • Experience in international engagement and events, and/or working across different cultures and languages will be an advantage

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate a range of events and engagement projects within strict timelines, budgets, and quality standards
  • Deliver complex administrative processes, including scheduling meetings, producing reports, facilitating communication and workflow, and preparing presentations and other written materials
  • Coordinate event management using project management software such as Click Up or similar software
