The Opportunity

The University Marketing, Admissions and Communications Division is responsible for enabling future student recruitment and admissions, University reputation build and management through media and communications and marketing to all audiences, in collaboration with our Faculties.

Reporting to the Chief Marketing, Admissions and Communications Officer and Vice-President and Interim Chief Executive Officer, Monash College, the newly created position of Executive Director, Marketing will lead a team responsible for continuing the brand’s ascension.  The role brings brand, content strategy, design and delivery, channel execution, marketing infrastructure and transformation together to deliver a cohesive and impactful global brand strategy and positioning. Implemented through marketing and audience centric campaign strategy, targeted content design and deep audience channel engagement, the position will also have accountability for the underpinning marketing technology, infrastructure, automation and insights.

Influential and collegiate, you possess high emotional intelligence and are skilled in inspiring and driving performance and fostering a sense of common purpose. Underpinning your approach are your intellectual capacity and creative growth mindset, stamina and agility to manage multiple priorities. Your experience may span higher education or other product or service sectors, marketing consulting or advertising. Importantly, you are inspired to join with others in making positive change.
