The Opportunity

The Faculty of Art, Design and Architecture is seeking a highly skilled Senior Student and Academic Services Officer to provide hands-on support and expertise in resolving complex student, academic administration and student system related issues. As the Senior Student and Academic Services Officer, you will also liaise with key staff across the Faculty and in the Student and Academic Services team to ensure effective collaboration and consistency in service delivery.

In this client-focussed role you will provide broad-based administrative support to the delivery of effective and best practice student and academic services across the Faculties. Your highly-developed administration skills and strong commitment to excellence in customer service will be an essential part of your tool kit in this role. Focussing on operational and service excellence, you will support all aspects of the student life cycle such as student enquiries, admissions, enrolments, orientation, assessment, system management and administrative support for course and unit planning, delivery and evaluation.

As the successful candidate you will have strong administration skills, with a proven ability to develop and implement effective systems. You will be highly organized, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines. Highly developed written and verbal communication skills, paired with strong analytical and problem-solving skills are also key to success in this role.
