About the role 

Join our dedicated team as a Pharmacist, where your expertise will play a vital role in delivering high-quality, comprehensive, and efficient medication management services for both inpatients and outpatients. You will be at the forefront of optimising drug therapy, ensuring patients receive the best possible care. Your responsibilities will include providing critical drug and therapeutic advice to a diverse team of medical, nursing, and allied health professionals, all while adhering to hospital policies, SA Health guidelines, and relevant legislation.

Qualifications

Bachelor of Pharmacy or equivalent

Registered or eligible for registration with the Pharmacy Board of Australia
