About the role

Provide quality administrative and customer service support to the Child and Family Health Service. Work as part of a multidisciplinary team, assisting staff across regional Country North sites with efficient office coordination, records management, and client-focused service delivery.

Key duties of the role

  • Act as first point of contact, delivering prompt, professional customer service
  • Manage bookings, appointments, and referral information accurately
  • Maintain client records, databases, and confidential information securely
  • Support meetings, correspondence, and administrative functions
  • Contribute to continuous improvement and a positive team culture

Skills and experience

  • Proven experience in administration and frontline customer service
  • Strong communication, organisation, and multitasking skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and data entry
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a multidisciplinary team
  • Adaptable, respectful, and committed to confidentiality and quality service
