The Opportunity

As the Team Supervisor at Cleanaway, you will be responsible for managing a team of 24 consultants and 2 team leaders.

Your primary duties will include:

  • Providing leadership, direction, and support to team members.
  • Setting clear goals and objectives for the team and individuals.
  • Coaching and mentoring team members to foster their professional growth and development.
  • Ensuring team performance meets or exceeds expectations.
  • Collaborating with other departments to achieve organisational objectives.
  • Handling escalated issues and providing solutions as needed.
  • Promoting a positive and inclusive work environment.
  • Responsible for all HR-related issues affecting team members including conducting appraisals, confirmations, promotions and terminations.

About You

  • You have the ability to lead and manage diverse teams in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
  • You are passionate about cultivating a positive and inclusive work culture for all. 
  • You have leadership experience with a transparent style that instils confidence and builds capability. 
  • You are solutions-focused and have the ability to identify opportunities to drive and deliver outstanding service.
  • You have excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills.
  • You can effectively determine priorities and allocate work under high workloads.
