Field Sales Manager

About the role:

We have an exciting opportunity for a Field Sales Manager to join our high performing team. Reporting to the Business Unit Sales Manager, this role offers the opportunity to lead a dedicated team of sales representatives, driving them towards achieving targets while fostering their development. You’ll also be responsible for:

  • Managing a team of 6 Account Managers across 4 branches in Victoria, and 3 Territory Managers across 2 Branches in Tasmania
  • Foster a positive and collaborative team culture supported by ongoing coaching and development
  • Accountable for communicating organisational and strategic goals and objectives · Ongoing management of the team’s opportunity pipeline
  • Utilise data-driven insights to optimise sales processes
  • Preparing and submitting regular market intelligence, tender activities, and competitor activity reports

About You

The ideal candidate is an inspired, self-motivated sales team leader with strong experience in field sales and account management. Additionally, here’s a closer look at the key attributes we are seeking:

  • Sound experience in business to business sales
  • Strong leadership skills with a passion for sustainability
  • Ability to analyse data and market trends to identify business opportunities
  • Excellent negotiations skills and strong customer service ethics
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills · Tertiary qualification within business/ marketing is highly desirable
