The Opportunity
Based in Malaga, WA, the Administration Team Leader is responsible for coordinating the administration team, directing and executing workflow, implementing administration processes and supporting management in achieving business goals and objectives.
- Review, map and change where appropriate the administration processes to minimise resource requirements resulting in the output meeting the Business Unit’s needs
- Advise and support administrators performing data entry and maintenance to ensure consistent execution of the end-to-end processes in compliance with company policies
- Act as a coach and mentor to the administration team striving to improve their overall knowledge
About You
Our ideal candidate will be an experienced people leader with a curious mindset, who likes working with complex systems and processes. You will enjoy finding efficiencies in processes and new ways of doing things. If you like being hands-on who prefers to collaborate with your team, we would like to hear from you.
- Experience in managing/ supervising administrative teams and administrative personnel
- Demonstrated ability to coach and mentor a team with excellent communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain excellent stakeholder relationships
- Proven track record involving process simplification & standardisation
- Able to influence change and work with key stakeholders in the business
