The Opportunity

Working with a Tier-1 Oil & Gas Operator, on a FIFO roster (2:2) to Onslow, the Operations Supervisor is accountable for the supervision of employees and work activities to ensure all operational tasks are completed safely and meet requirements at their world-class LNG Plant.

• Deliver the highest standard in professional conduct, personal presentation and company image
• Ensure employees complete pre-start checks and post-run checks
• Act on equipment maintenance and servicing issues as scheduled, or as a result of pre-start and/or post-run checks, and order parts and PPE, as required
• Awareness of how position contributes to the team’s collective financial performance - route/service efficiency, teamwork, superior customer service, timely reporting of issues, and sharing growth opportunities

 About You

Our ideal candidate will be an experienced Supervisor, preferably with some HSE experience (Myosh, VOC’s etc) in a heavy industrial environment. Previous FIFO experience is beneficial.
