The Opportunity
We have an exciting opportunity for a Supply Chain Network Analyst to join our team. Reporting into the Supply Chain Manager, you will be responsible for monitoring route performance, identifying trends and risks and providing recommendations for action plans to optimise Cleanaway's supply chain processes and practices. Other responsibilities will include:
- Collaborating with key stakeholders to embed identified supply chain optimisation opportunities into the business processes by ensuring the benefits are understood, accepted and sustainable
- Maintain data accuracy across Cleanaway’s supply chain tools and systems
- Creating reports, developing dashboards and undertaking complex modelling, enhancing critical business decision-making
- Evaluating route schedules, load plans, including historical activity and customer trends to provide recommendations for improvements to routing efficiency
- Providing expert advice and guidance on data quality-related activities
- Providing user training and generating supporting documentation
- Delivering financial benefits through driving key route efficiency metrics, Track and Monitor, and report the benefits achieved from the Network Performance Program
About You
You are passionate about business analytics and supply chain with a technical and curious mindset, who enjoys solving problems within a collaborative team. You thrive in complexity; you are curious with the ability to think critically. Furthermore, you will also possess.
- A Tertiary qualification, preferably from Logistics, Business, Finance, Engineering, or a related field
- A Solid understanding of data analytics and the use of statistical analysis to identify trends and patterns, and perform scenario analysis
- Experience in analysing and drawing conclusions from complex data sets
- Hands-on experience in financial modelling and forecasting
- Experience in developing data analytics and reporting solutions that drive decision making and improve performance
- Advanced Microsoft Excel and a working knowledge of analytical software such as Power BI, Tableau, SQL or Alteryx
