About The Role:

We’re looking for an ER Advisor to join our team! This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a keen interest in employee relations and HR, looking to gain hands-on experience in a collaborative and fast-paced environment, and a development opportunity into complex workplace investigations and ER case management.

What You’ll Do:

• Managing ER matters such as misconduct, Health & Safety breaches, abandonment of employment, non-work-related injury or illness
• Support the ER and HR team with case management, workplace investigations, and administrative tasks.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with workplace policies.
• Work closely with ER and HR team members to learn and develop your skills.

About you:

The ideal person for this role is an energetic and enthusiastic go-getter who thrives in a fast-paced environment. You're resilient, proactive, and eager to learn, with a strong ability to multitask and stay organised. You’re not afraid to dive into challenges, support investigations, and contribute to a collaborative team. Some of what you’ll need to succeed:

• Experience in managing end to end ER processes
• Strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills.
• Willingness to learn and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• A passion for HR and employee relations.
