Customer Service Officer

The Opportunity

Reporting to the Administration Supervisor, you will be the first point of contact for our valued customers and play a crucial role in engaging with the customers via phone and email to address enquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a positive customer service experience.

  • Answer and manage incoming calls
  • Liaise with councils, internal teams, and stakeholders
  • Process work orders and review invoices
  • Perform data entry and administrative tasks

About You

  • Proven experience in customer service or administration
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • Tech savvy with the ability to quickly learn new systems and software
