The Opportunity
We have a rare opportunity for a dynamic Branch Manager to lead our Rockhampton Depot and oversee operations across Mackay, Gladstone, Moranbah, Emerald, and Biloela.
In this role, you’ll lead a diverse workforce of 50+ employees across operations, administration, customer service, and management, with a fleet of over 60 trucks. Your ability to drive growth, optimise efficiencies, and foster a strong team culture will be key to success.
- Lead and engage a high-performing team, driving operational excellence across multiple sites.
- Manage revenue growth and identify market opportunities to maximise business potential.
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including council partners and private businesses.
- Oversee safety, compliance, and operational efficiency to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Provide strategic insights through data analysis, reporting, and budgeting.
About You
- Proven leadership experience managing both blue- and white-collar teams.
- Strong business acumen with a track record in revenue growth and operational efficiency.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to build lasting relationships.
- A hands-on leadership style – you lead by example and inspire your team to succeed.
- Experience working in an ASX, Large enterprise, matrix model business, or service provider will be highly regarded.
