Territory Manager
Who we are:
When you start to think of waste as a resource, it opens up a world of possibilities. Cleanaway is the largest waste management company in Australia providing sustainable waste management solutions to a range of customers including councils, small businesses, large corporate entities and government agencies to provide sustainable waste management solutions.
About Your New Role:
We're looking for a Territory Manager to take the lead in Hobart! In this role, you'll build, strengthen, and grow relationships within the construction and demolition industry. - Using Salesforce to track opportunities, manage leads, and keep your portfolio humming.
What We’re Looking For
You’ll be a confident communicator with a natural flair for sales and relationship-building. You don’t need waste industry experience—we’ll teach you that—but you do need a passion for getting results and making a difference.
You’ll also bring:
- A solid track record in B2B sales, with a focus on hitting (or smashing!) targets.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage your own schedule.
- A current driver’s licence and your own reliable vehicle.
- Resilience, initiative, and an enthusiastic, proactive attitude.
What's in It for You:
- Competitive salary with an attractive incentive scheme to reward your performance.
- Autonomy and flexibility in your role, allowing you to work independently and make a tangible impact.
- Opportunity to join a dynamic, growing Australian company and collaborate with a driven team.
- Flexibility to work from our office or remotely, providing ultimate work-life balance.
- Great staff benefits program, including novated car leasing, salary sacrificing, and discounts on private health insurance.
