The Opportunity

This new leadership opportunity within our Hydrocarbons teams is based in Dandenong South.  As the Operations Supervisor you will be accountable for the supervision of employees and work activities to ensure all daily operational tasks are completed safely and meet requirements.  Additionally, your responsibilities would also include.

• Maximising customer service and operational efficiencies through effective supervision.
• Providing leadership, fostering a strong safety culture, scheduling, improving efficiencies and continuous improvement.
• Acting on equipment maintenance and servicing issues as scheduled.
• Supervising and coordinating daily operations, ensuring compliance with environmental and safety regulations.
• Driving operational efficiencies within the team, continual review and improvement of all scopes of work to deliver exceptional service delivery.

About You

Ideally, you will have supervisory experience within the waste management/ transport/ logistics or recycling industry and have great attention to detail and a structured mindset. You will also possess.

• The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Be a strong, compassionate, and proactive leader.
• Hold an uncompromising commitment to safety-first culture.
• Proficiency with OHSE management systems.
• Intermediate IT proficiency with operating systems and MS office suite.
• Solid organizational skills with good time management, and communication skills
• HR or Forklift licence (this would be preferred but not essential)
