The Opportunity
Based in Darwin, NT, the purpose of the Administration & Customer Service Officer role is to contribute to the achievement of business goals and objectives via the provision of high-quality support in the functions of administrative duties and dealing professionally with our customers.
- Deliver excellent administration and customer service to allocated contracts and sites in a timely manner
- Managing inbound calls
- Develop positive working relationships with other support functions and stakeholders to meet and exceed customer needs
- Processing of purchase orders, dealing with invoicing queries and processing BPay payments
- Reconcile, report and audit asset management as required
- Maintain accurate data records and ensure consistent execution of the end-to-end processes in compliance with company policies and finance timelines
About You
Our ideal candidate will thrive in a busy, varied, role where no two days are the same. Waste industry experience is highly regarded, but if you have first-class customer service skills, maybe in a contact centre environment, and can deal efficiently and professionally with a fast-moving caseload we’d love to hear from you.
- Sound knowledge of JDE & VRP or equivalent systems
- Intermediate skills with the MS Office Suite of products
- Excellent organisational, written and verbal communication skills
