Credit Administration Officer - 12-month contract

The Opportunity

The Credit Administration Officer is accountable for the integrity of customer master data along with the process and outcomes for the company’s centralised customer account set up. Responsibilities will be inclusive of:

  • Engage with stakeholders to ensure customer on-boarding practice is maintained
  • Document work processes to support and educate the business
  • Conduct credit checks and assess risk
  • Liaise with relevant stakeholders in regards to outcomes of risk assessments
  • Enter, update and maintain customer and risk master data

About you

  • Exceptional data processing skills and attention to detail
  • Proven experience of commercial customer on-boarding practices
  • Strong knowledge of credit scoring processes and commercial acumen in understanding ABN’s
  • Ability to work with large customer data sets
  • Previous experience in understanding the integration of data between multiple systems
