The Opportunity
The Customer Master Data Analyst is accountable for the integrity of customer master data along with the process and outcomes for the company’s centralised customer account set up.
- Engage with stakeholders to ensure customer onboarding practises are maintained
- Work in conjunction with project teams in relation to system development, acquisitions and customer on-boarding
- Facilitate training for customer activations with internal team member
- Document work processes to support and educate the business
- Conduct credit checks and assess risks
- Liaise with relevant stakeholders in regards to outcomes of risk assessments as well as work with internal & external auditors upon request
About you
- Strong background in customer master data management and governance in a large, complex organisation
- Demonstrated experience in maintaining and analysing a large customer in multiple systems (Salesforce, MDM & JDE)
- Strong knowledge of commercial customer on-boarding practises
- Strong knowledge of credit scoring processes
- Proven experience in understanding the integration of data between multiple systems
- Previous experience in a leadership capacity
