The Opportunity
We have an exciting opportunity for an Operations administrator to join our tight knit team who are committed on delivering outcomes on time, every time. In this role you will be responsible for ensuring optimal planning and coordinating of facilities in your control.
Responsibilities also include:
- Coordinate daily schedules to support customer requirements and intercompany transfers of waste.
- Manage driver payments, purchase orders and reconciling.
- First point of contact for sub-contractors, Cleanaway drivers and internal queries
- Order placement and other necessary administrative duties
About you:
It would be awesome if you had experience from the Transport and/or Logistics space but we are happy to consider candidates from any industry as long as you are a quick learner, are switched on and have a great attention to detail we will consider you.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Some sort of basic book keeping/Payroll experience or knowledge
- Knowledge and experience managing GPS tracking systems
- Ability to resolve problems effectively and effectively
- Good computer skills
- Proven ability to be agile in a fast-paced environment with conflicting deadlines
