Operations Supervisor – Bendigo

About the Role
Cleanaway is seeking an experienced and safety-focused Operations Supervisor to oversee daily waste collection activities. This on-site leadership role is essential in ensuring service reliability, operational compliance, and the effective management of our frontline workforce.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Oversee daily operations including rostering, route planning, and driver performance
• Lead pre-starts, toolbox talks, and safety briefings
• Conduct compliance audits for fatigue, mass, and speed
• Provide on-the-ground support, direction, and coaching to drivers
• Manage operational issues promptly to maintain service continuity
• Ensure all activities meet environmental, safety, and regulatory requirements
