OSP Grant and Contract Specialist I - 528261
The OSP Grant and Contract Specialist I assists researchers and staff in the review and processing of sponsored project proposals and budgets under general supervision. With guidance, ensures compliance with Federal, State, and Local government regulations related to pre-award and/or post-award sponsored project activities. Provides oversight and review of grant and contract activities prepared by the researchers and their administrative teams and provides resolution on standard matters. Reviews and approves proposals with responsibility for timely submission to the sponsor. Serves as the liaison between the University and the sponsor. May provide instruction to college level staff on use of electronic research administration systems and regulatory requirements.
