Housing and Residential Conduct Coordinator - 529754
The Housing and Residential Conduct Coordinator provides overall leadership and supervision for the departmental student conduct process assessment, training, and coordination of related departmental policies and procedures. Works cooperatively with Residential Communities and other Housing and Residential Communities (HRC) staff and supervisors to track specific problem behaviors and implement creative educational sanctions to eliminate such behaviors. Educates students on how their behavior negatively affects the residential communities. Develops, implements, and assesses initiatives and programs. Works closely with the Office of Student Conduct and Dean of Students office on Code of Student Conduct issues.
Instructional Designer II - Department Only Search - 530322
The Instructional Designer II works with faculty and other content experts to create robust and interactive online courses for moderately complex credit and non-credit courses using sound online pedagogy under minimal supervision.
Accountant II - 530327
The Accountant II prepares, reconciles, and audits budgets. Prepares financial reports, invoices, schedules, and/or statements.
Programmer Analyst III - 530328
The Programmer Analyst III designs, develops, supports, and codes moderate- to high-complexity software and hardware systems to support the administrative function of the University under minimal supervision. Title IV E Administrator - 530319
The Title IV-E Administrator provides overall daily administration and development of the Title IV-E Program for the University of Alabama. Serves as the liaison between the University of Alabama, DHR, and all subcontractors for all activities associated with the Title IV-E Program. Oversees the administration of the Title IV-E Stipend Program, the Title IV-E Child Welfare Training and Simulation Program, and multiple training opportunities for existing child welfare workers. Provides direct and in direct supervision to all staff.

The Heavy Equipment Operator operates heavy equipment required for work projects including front-end loaders, backhoes and bulldozers.

The Groundskeeping Spray Technician applies herbicides, pesticides and fertilizers in roadsides, ditches, easements, ornamental plants, etc.
Administrative Assistant II - 529663
The Administrative Assistant II provides administrative support for the operations of unit. Performs moderately complex and well documented administrative tasks. Acts as office liaison/receptionist. Receives and routes phone calls, emails, and/or guests. Maintains files and enters data. Drafts and sends communications on supervisor/departmental staff behalf. Reconciles P-Card/Concur for other staff/faculty against departmental budget. Performs some simple budget monitoring/entry. Operates standard office equipment such as personal computers, copiers, fax machines, etc.
Marketing Coordinator III - 530140
The Marketing Coordinator III oversees marketing, promotion, and publicity functions for a college, division, or the University under minimal supervision. Creates and implements marketing strategies using advertising, media, direct mail, etc. Coordinates production of materials specified in marketing plans and calendars. Consults with product and/or program development.
Staff Therapist II - Temporary Full-time (Benefits eligible) - 530176
The Staff Therapist II provides clinical services to clients. Completes client assessments. Performs case management and documentation duties. Serves as a liaison among stakeholders.
Tax Analyst - 530293
The Tax Analyst researches and analyzes tax compliance activities in a specialized area. Maintains policies and procedures and provides guidance to university personnel regarding tax matters.
Athletics Technology Operations Manager - Department Only - 530294
The Athletics Technology Operations Manager manages processes relating to disaster recovery procedures, security monitoring, server administration, and Help Desk operations. Maintains existing infrastructure hardware and software. Implements electronic use policies. Communicates with 3rd party vendors and consultants. Provides guidance, trains, and/or may supervise IT staff.
