| The Housing and Residential Conduct Coordinator provides overall leadership and supervision for the departmental student conduct process assessment, training, and coordination of related departmental policies and procedures. Works cooperatively with Residential Communities and other Housing and Residential Communities (HRC) staff and supervisors to track specific problem behaviors and implement creative educational sanctions to eliminate such behaviors. Educates students on how their behavior negatively affects the residential communities. Develops, implements, and assesses initiatives and programs.
