First Year Student Retention Program Manager - 527326
The First Year Student Retention Program Manager plans, develops, executes, and assesses several student-oriented programs designed to support persistence and retention of first-year students such as Welcome Home Block Party, Camp 1831, and First Year Navigators. Supports a broad commitment to first-year student success with a focus on serving students through large-scale programs and targeted retention initiatives including communication efforts for case management of student participants. Develops partnerships with campus departments and community organizations to provide resources to students and enhance student success program offerings for both the academic and social transition of first-year students.
