As a Team Leader in the Quality Hub, you will be responsible for overseeing the quality assurance processes and managing document control systems to ensure compliance within your team as per company requirements. The offshore hub Submissions Coordinator plays a vital role within the Pre-Contracts team, focusing primarily on managing specific bids and tenders. This includes coordinating external tender documentation and communications (including the final RFP response, the client document transmittal system, ie Ansarada or similar) and contributing to internal proposal focused communications. The role involves collaboration with Bid team leadership and SMEs to coordinate written content for essential documents, such as: formal responses to Expressions of Interest (EOI), interim and final responses to Requests for Tender (RFT), Post-tender information submissions, capability documents targeting specific clients, markets, projects and preparation of unsolicited proposals and collateral required for midterm and post submission presentations. The submission coordinator will also support Bid Leadership and SME’s prepare documentation for client interactive engagements.

The position requires an experienced data scientist adept in Salesforce, Seismic, Azure Cloud Computing Services (SQL, Azure Data Factory, Azure Databricks, Azure Data Lake, Power BI), and R, Python and SQL programming languages, with highly developed skills in analysing and visualising complex data. The individual will work independently as part of a team that uses agile methodology to work collaboratively with teams from Finance, Legal, HR, Pre-Contracts and ICT to process and model data in order to optimise business operations, improve decision making and enhance overall business outcomes.
