Job Duties
- Recruitment : Collaborate with hiring manager to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies, Build and maintain a talent pipeline of qualified candidates for future hiring needs, Coordinate and participate in interview with hiring managers, Manage negotiations and maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- C&B : Administer the integrity of the job grading and salary structures, Administer the yearly increment process and bonus payment process, Supervise the payroll processes and administration of the company’s insurance plans.
- Expatriate Management : Managing expatriates and employee-related matters, including periodic renewal of employment passes and facilitating mobilization and demobilization.
- Industrial Relations : Handle IR matters with diplomacy, maintaining positive employee relations and resolving disputes effectively.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource, Human Development, Psychology or related field
- 10 years' experience as HR generalist
- Strong knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, compensation best practices, and compliance standards.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively at all levels of the organization.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
